to speak for the best interest of abused and neglected children in court;
to promote and support quality volunteer representation for children and
to advocate that each child have a safe, permanent, nurturing home.
Voices for Children Vision Statement:
Voices for Children of Carroll County will serve as a messenger of hope to abuse and neglected children who are in need of a VOICE.
Our volunteer base is growing at a steady pace. With this growth, we have been able to accomplish more, serve more children and have a larger impact upon our community.
